Grocery Date Tracker Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Grocery Date Tracker is a software tool for organizing expiration and date-checking information for authorized grocery store operations.

2. Store Responsibility

The store, customer, and authorized users are responsible for verifying product dates, food safety decisions, markdown decisions, removals, regulatory compliance, and all final store actions. Grocery Date Tracker does not replace human review, store policy, legal compliance, or food safety judgment.

3. Software Limitations

The software may contain errors, missing data, incorrect parsing, downtime, outdated information, or incomplete records. Grocery Date Tracker does not guarantee prevention of expired products, product losses, violations, damages, or missed date checks.

4. Authorized Use

Users must use the service lawfully and only for their own authorized store operations. Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or use the service for another store without permission.

5. Accounts and Access

Accounts may be disabled or limited for non-payment, misuse, security concerns, suspected unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms. Boss accounts are responsible for managing employee access and store-level permissions.

6. Trials, Subscriptions, and Payments

If payment is enabled, subscription, trial, billing, and payment processing may be handled through Stripe. Stripe may apply its own terms, checkout flow, billing rules, and payment handling. Store access may be affected by trial expiration, payment failure, cancellation, or subscription status.

7. No Warranties

The service is provided as is and as available. Grocery Date Tracker disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation to the fullest extent allowed by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Grocery Date Tracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business damages, including product loss, missed markdowns, compliance issues, store losses, lost profits, or data issues arising from use of the service.
